The Kansas City Royals were down 7-1 going into the bottom of the 9th, before rallying for 7 runs to win 8-7. They batted around plus got a double, and a walk off single both in the 9th inning by Brett Eibner who was playing in his 2nd major league game ever.

@ESPNStatsInfo: The Royals just beat the White Sox after trailing 7-1 entering bottom 9. Since 2010, teams are NOW 5-2,810 when trailing by 6 entering B9.

The Royals are now 1st place in the AL Central

Ventura is the worst manager in the history of managing.

One of my favorite Razorback baseball players, Brett Eibner got his first major league hit to start the rally.

Was Hawk calling the game? I'll bet his commentary was professional and laced with tact.

Dude's always been clutch. His homer against Virginia in the CWS to tie the game in the 9th was one I'll always remember.

I think I'm going to have to play back the White Sox feed on MLB.tv just to listen to Hawk in stunned silence.

That's the kinda game that starts a run by a team. Gotta have Lady Luck on your side to win championships

And on the flip side, it's the kind of game that ruins your season. Twins did it against the Tigers last year.

Losing Mous will really hurt. We need another SP too. Have to make a move.

Where were your seats? I was out in right field over the sox bullpen then in left over the royals pen for a couple innings.

Ehhh I don't know cuthbert looked good out there today. I'm not saying he's moose level but he should be serviceable for the time being.

A few rows back from the Sox dugout, snagged an insane deal on stubhub.
