Yes, and thet's a problem for Goodell. For 50+ years the NFL got better and better every year and never hit it's peak.
It has peaked under Goodell and is now on a downturn, largely because of him.
Give the trajectory of the NFL historically, the fact that it "peaked" is not good for the league.

To be honest he prob doesnt hive two fricks. He is more than set and is going to get a golden parachute and a half severance deal. He is prob ready to be done with this head ache.

I'm convinced that the public will not be happy with Goodell no matter what he does. And now he had a horrible press conference. He needs to step down. I hate that he's fricking up my favorite sport. The prosperity of the NFL is the most important thing to me.

The law will take care of the domestic abusers whether he gets it wrong or not. (Or at least it should.) He's doing too much to harm the game.
