Well, that and the fact that they play in a division that happens to also include the three best teams in MLB. They weren't winning the division this year or making the wild card game with the Cardinals, Pirates and Cubs in front of them. May as well see what you've got for the future in a no-pressure situation

Cardinal fans have posted 17,835 consecutive shitty comments on TD, so that record will stand forever.

You seem angry. Do you deny the fact that the Reds suck?

Was anyone trying to insinuate the opposite?

We don't really have many options. I will say it looks like we got a good deal with the Cueto trade.

I'd like to add that this is a shockingly progressive move by this organization.

So you just knee jerked with anti cardinal drivel when a statement of fact was posted?

Enjoy trying to climb back into relevance with the Cardinals, Cubs and Pirates all set for years to come.

The Cubs will somehow frick it up, the Pirates pitching will be questionable next year beyond Cole, and the Cards can't win forever can they?
While I'm here I've got another Reds stat for you. It looks like our MLB long streak of not finishing in last place 32 straight seasons, 1983 being the last, will end. The Yankees, Braves, and Cardinals will inherit the streak now at 26 seasons, all last finished last in 1990. This will also be the third most losses by a Reds team since WWII. 101 in 1982 and 96 in 2001 being the others. Dang, this season sucked.

Your comment added nothing to the discussion. It was just typical bullshite superiority complex form Cardinals fans.
