I have a friend that HATES him for all his showboating but had no clue he a) signed with Florida or b) got kicked off the team for stealing a laptop.

Here's the interesting thing about the accuser, she has a history of frivolous lawsuits. LINK She has also made sexual harassment complaints at every job she's ever had.

This mess is a perfect example of how far down the toilet most of our current media has gone. It has turned into a total shitshow when someone can just sling shite against the wall without doing proper journalistic work to present the facts all to create an outrage and get the most clicks out of it.
The main culprit is ESPN turning into TMZ/SJW Sports News by reporting a tabloid/slam piece article by a hack as being the whole truth just to create a fake outrage.

Almost every ESPN host has run with the NY Daily news story as being the gospel and have been slamming Peyton without doing 5 minutes of research to present both sides of the story. Which they may have done the research and known all the details and instead created this outrage.

He's been killing Shaun King ever since that piece hit the net Saturday and he was just on Finebaum doing the same. He also said that he was shocked that so called credible sports news outlets were running the junk as being the whole truth without telling the whole story that has been public info going for 20 yrs or so.

Well, to be fair, how much is there on the other side of the story?
It is pretty ridiculous that this is getting national attention at this point, I wouldn't argue otherwise, but the facts seem to be pretty clear as to what happened, when it happened, and who said what.
Unless you can point me in another direction, it seems pretty clear that Peyton fricked up, Archie helped him get out trouble, and then they opened their mouths a few years later and got hit with another lawsuit. Am I missing anything?

This woman signed an affidavit in 96 that there was zero physical contact made by Peyton. It stated that he only exposed his rear end/mooning.
Then in 03 she filed the defamation claim after the book came out wanting more money and never mentioned that there was any physical contact.
Instead she waited another year or so before making those claims.
Then later on she has a lawsuit that she filed against a top fashion designer thrown out by a judge for habitually suing famous people.
Now she is posting on Facebook for certain female staff at Tenn. to come out of the closet and admit they like vagina instead of penis. This lady is Kanye crazy and it takes like 5 seconds to figure that out.

This is all I've heard. I was never under the impression that Peyton physically assaulted the woman in any capacity, so if those claims are being made without any substantial evidence, that is a problem.

Completely agree with this and the overall firestorm it has caused, but I hadn't heard of any absurd claims being made outside of the original incident, and I was under the impression that incident was basically conceded by the Mannings as factual.
