Care to enlighten us jackass? He was clearly in the pocket and it did not appear to cross the line of scrimmage, not to mention there was no receiver near the pass.

I think there was a receiver there at the sideline.
I think the Panthers got some no calls on the o-line holding, but borderline.
I think Denver got a break on the no catch.
Both provided opportunities that resulted in TDs. Both teams capitalized on those breaks.
Overall, while leaving much to be desired, the refs have been a wash.
