NC born and proud Panther fan here since since 93. The kind of fan who played with the Panthers on NFL Gameday and Madden on PS1 even when they were shitty. The kind of fan who still watched and cheered while Jimmy frickin Clausin was our qb. I'll be cheering next year and the year after that and long after Cam Newton is no longer our QB.

With that said - Congratulations to Denver on a great season and SB performance. Truly an amazing defensive performance especially from the pass rush.

Tough loss but it has been a great season. The future is bright with young talent - you all know it. We will be back

I believe '93 was when it was announced that they were getting ready to have a football team. Richardson had been pushing for it since '87.

Also wish you guys would have won in '03, that was a fun team with Mushin Muhammad, Delhomme, Proehl, Foster man, that was a fun Super Bowl.

I don't know. NFC playoff contenders for sure, but it's tough to get back there. They may never have another season like this.

Yes there is certainly a difference in being a Carolina Panthers fan and just a Cam Newton fan. You don't see any of them around tonight do you?

Your D played good.

The rest played horribly.

Tons of dropped passes (huge passes in scoring position) - that ridiculous punt return non-tackle that gave Denver more points, the missed FG.

Manning did everything to keep you guys in the game and yet you couldn't mount one non-mistake drive in the 2nd half.

Yeap. Oline got exposed bad. Multiple bonehead penalties. Multiple drops by the receivers. We never changed our gameplan either which was nuts. Really just shite the bed
