I've seen mocks with McCaffrey as high at 8. It's really hard to imagine a white RB being a top 10 NFL draft pick because it flat out does not happen.

I recall Toby Gerhart being a second round pick in 2010. My quick research says the last white RB drafted in the first round was John Cappelletti in 1974 over 40 years ago. Incredible.

ETA: Poster below said Tommy Vardell in 1992. Fullback out of Stanford. Stanford has a virtual lock on the white running back apparently.

There are plenty of NFL RBs his size or smaller.

Ha, no not on purpose. I actually have to travel for work to Stamford, CT all the time. Just a mistake.
