So here is where we are. Alabama and Oregon are in if they win out, period. Florida State needs one of them to lose, and Ohio State will need two of Alabama, Oregon, and Florida State to lose.

I think LSU and Auburn can still upset Alabama.

Oregon will lose to Stanford and UCLA.

Ohio State will lose one game.

The BCS is going to end in a catastrophe.

So a Clemson vs. Florida State rematch.

THAT would be a catastrophe.

Fail.

Try watching teams before you comment on them.

UCLA has been a mess since and during their victory over Utah. They got a break by having scrimmage against Cal last week...but Stanford showed the problems were real.

This UCLA team isn't for real - turn on a TV. They scored 0 points in the 1st half yesterday. No way they can hang with Oregon.

Just lol at the BigTen though.

This could potentially be the second year in a row Ohio State would be left out of the title game despite going undefeated (number suggest they would have ended #3 last year below Bama).

As Ive said for years, its time for Ohio State to go independent in football. 100% srs

Ohio state probably should. They just don't play a schedule that warrants national championship consideration.

In the Big 10, besides Ohio State...

Wisconsin had an extremely unlucky loss on the road at night against one of these super PAC12 teams. Other than that their only loss is against Ohio State. After watching them the last two weeks, I think they win out. (ETA: Lache Seastrunk has gotten a lot of attention, and rightfully so. But Melvin Gordon is having a historic year and may shatter Reggie Bush's record for season YPC on +200 carries: (Bush - 8.7 ; Gordon - 9.5: LINK )

MSU lost against Notre Dame because of some truly terrible officiating, imo, along with some typical Sparty idiocy. They have one of the best defenses in the nation. Very possible that they win out until the B10 championship.

Then there's a lower tier of Michigan, Nebraska, NW, Iowa, Indiana, PSU for a total of 9 solid teams.

I think the B10 will do well this bowl season.

Maybe you should try watching them? They were driving to tie the game against Stanford in the last 3 minutes...

I don't think they'll beat Oregon but they'll certainly make a game out of it. They have the best defensive player in the country and a lot of offensive talent. I don't think they'll lose another game after Oregon. Only two hard games after are Arizona State and Washington.

I don't think Oregon loses a game. THey have a better chance of going undefeated than Bama. Auburn will be a pretty good team by the end of the year.

Seriously though. It's only been the past season or two where Ohio States schedule hasn't been good enough to get them into a BCSNCG. Let's all overreact and go independent.

ETA: Not to mention it's not tB1G that would potentially keep tOSU out this season, it's our lack of defense.
