What has alabama accomplished to be placed ahead of Oregon?
Oregon lost @home vs a huge underdog
Bama lost on the road vs a slight underdog
That's one line of thinking that could be employed. Oregon looks to be the better team. Has more impressive wins.

According to resume OSU is way down. After last night, I finally feel comfortable putting OSU up there with those other teams. I think they are playing better than Bama right now. ASU to me is still a paper tiger a bit based on how many turnovers ND had and giving up 62 to UCLA.
I probably have it, based on a combo of Resume and how they are playing:
1. TCU
2. Oregon
3. Bama
4. OSU
5. Baylor
6. ASU
7. Nebraska
I think I feel comfortable with that

On Resume (which apparently what the committee is going for):
1. Oregon
2. Baylor
3. TCU
4. Bama
5. Arizona St
6. Ohio State
7. Nebraska
7. Duke
Ohio State would be up much higher if this was an "eye-ball" test ranking.

If Baylor played TCU again, TCU would win. Neutral site or at TCU home game, they win. Baylor won because they were at home and TCU usually plays pretty good defense.
No. Baylor might be the best team in the country right now.

Three loss LSU who has a 41-7 shellacking on their resume. Yeah...no.
