Bradley's RPI is 18. They have to be in the field regardless.

They were a 3 in the Valley, so SMS, DBU, and Bradley get in?

DBU and Mo State have been touted as potential national seeds who will both host regionals, so the next best team from their league making it isn't a stretch when they have a Top 20 RPI.

What's the prediction where they will be sent if they get in?

I know SMS is a host. But history shows they give the Valley 2 bids. When I was at SMS we won reg season Valley lost in tourney but left us out. They sent UNI and Wichita.

I think the SEC Southland and Sun Belt get squeezed in bids this year.

What was your RPI that year? Has a Top 20 RPI team ever been left out?

I can't remember actually. It was the first time the reg season champ had been left out.

I know in basketball SMS was the highest rpi to be left out they were a 20-23.

If the Cajuns get in as a 3, we'll probably go to Baton Rouge. If we're a 4, I doubt they do that to LSU

It wouldn't be a squeeze for the Sun Belt. They are clearly a one-big league. Sadly, so is the Southland because SLU didn't do anywhere near enough outside their league.

Cajuns would definitely be a three seed. I bet they go to Houston, especially if Tulane makes it (and would go to BR).

Why is CST showing a high school baseball replay today instead of the Sun Belt final? That's fricking terrible.

Yeah I'm thinking 3 as well just threw out 4 because they're projecting South AL as a 4 but or RPI is a good bit better than theirs

I'll be happy with any regional, of course, but selfishly I'd like to go somewhere fun next weekend and see the Cajuns have a slightly realistic chance of winning the regional.
No chance in Baton Rouge this year.

CST has no good contracts. They're working on broadcasting all of our games or something but I don't know if it will happen.

Most people aren't aware how big of a rivalry this is. Everyone assumes ULM is our biggest rival but it's always been South AL in baseball and used to be WKU in basketball.

I'm pumped for today.

Yeah, it's a good advert for the schools and the league for people looking for something to watch on TV. But nope. I know the final used to be on CST every year.

CST is pretty terrible. The sun belts TV contract is with ESPN , so it goes to espn3
