Your ball should be marked and identified by your playing partner before the round. Wrong ball is a two stroke penalty in stroke play or loss of hole in match play.

This motherfricker is hitting Noodles. You think he's worried about all that?

Not only hitting Noodles. Hitting Noodles within 15-20 feet on approach shots on a consistent basis. Crown this motherfricker.

Laser like precision.
Noodles, and the all new Noodle 2's

Own the next shot. Either one of them.

I'm pretty impressed someone on TD freely owned up to hitting Noodles.

I didn't know Noodles was an inferior ball. I don't actually buy golf balls. My last purchase was about 5 years ago. One of my partners is a ball hound. He plays 300 days a year. I play 40. When he goes into the rough for his ball he comes out with 5.

He gives me a bag of 50 every three months. I've got enough of them in my closet to last till my funeral.

Amazed you didn't get a real answer yet!

You played the wrong ball. You could not positively identify it as yours which results in a 2-shot penalty and you must replay the shot... If you finished the hole and teed off on the next hole... DQ sir

How do you know? The balls were identical? There is a 50-50 chance I played the right ball.

I can't stand playing with or behind a ball hawk......slows down pace of play.

Doesn't matter. If you cannot positively ID it then it's the wrong ball...

Mark your pellet next time

There is never anyone behind us. Shreveport - Bossier golf is dying. When we play early morning at any one of our 6 rotations we get back to the parking lot at 10 A.M. and there are no more than 6 cars in the lot.

Querbes is not the only course way down. So is Huntington. So is Cypress Hills in Waskom. Northwoods shut down. Palmetto shut down. The only busy course is Crooked Hollow. Barksdale AFB is going totally open to non military to survive and they are not doing well.

I seem to recall seeing a story during one the Major broadcast involving either Hogan or a player of his stature. Both players hit identical shots to blind location. Once getting to the balls neither could identify their ball.......I can't remember what happened after that.

I used to refer to it as "The Royal and Ancient". 25 years ago it was a goat ranch with extremely small greens. I don't image much has changed.

It still has small greens but they added a lot of curve. They built a new club house. It's OK. Took them 2 years to construct. That's govt working for ya. Wendy's could have built it in 2 months.

They raised prices to pay for it and the old folks got pissed off and either moved off or died. Now, they are lowering prices and it's not a bad course to get a 2 hour round in.

I play at Querbes once a week-- usually Friday afternoons. This past summer/fall it was in the best shape I have ever seen it. I didn't realize it was losing business because every time I went out there it was packed.
