ELWAY!!! THREAD OVER!!!!

I'll go with what a buddy of mine told me about Elway, and since he played against him and all the other QB's during that time period...I figure he knows what he's talking about.

Not only did Elway have the strongest arm, but it HURT when he hit you...Like trying to tackle a fullback.

Russell may be able to throw the ball further, but so what....he's good if you throw an 80 yd hail mary.

Akili Smith?Tim Couch? Kyle Boller?

Lots of players coming in NFL seem to have cannon arms here lately...

Doesnt Stafford have one hell of an arm?

Any list that doesn't have Elway at the top is flawed IMO. Those of you that didn't see him through in his prime need to watch some film and then reeavaluate your views. 60+ yards across his body on the run on a rope and he did it ALL THE TIME.

The bastard single handedly kept the Browns out of the Super Bowl three freaking times.

Elway had a monster arm no doubt, but thats stretching it a bit much.

Marino should get the nod, with Cunningham in the race.

didn't he do some silly shite like set a record for how far he could throw a nerf football and i seem to recall something about him throwing a baseball out of the stadium from home plate. Too bad he was a head case.

Jamarcus has the biggest arm. Farve used his better though and IMO would be second. I'd probably go with Jeff George third, but obviously it didn't translate for him.
