I don't mind women broadcasting men's game. For example, I think Doris Burke does a great job on the NBA games when she serves as a color commentator. She's a top notch professional who paid her dues for years in lesser roles to get there.
Jessica Mendoza broadcast a few softball games for a few years, and suddenly gets a top baseball broadcasting job at ESPN. That's the disconnect IMO
