Hard to quote bits and pieces on mobile but basically all sexual activity between the accuser and men at the party appears to be consensual, in fact she was initiating it. As far as an alleged gang rape, Araiza had left the party an hour before it would have even been said to occur.

Another case of the media ruining a man’s life based on false accusations. I hope he gets another shot but the damage is probably done.

“He wasn’t even at the party anymore,” deputy district attorney Trisha Amador explained to the girl. Later Amador stated of the timeline of events, “All I know is that at that point, suspect Araiza is gone from the party.”

Additionally, prosecutors told the girl that video recordings of the incident in the bedroom made it impossible to determine, let alone prosecute anyone, on whether there was a gang rape at all that night, rather than consensual sex with the other men.

“In looking at the videos on the sex tape, I absolutely cannot prove any forceable sexual assault based upon what happened,” Amador said.

Girls family should be paying him checks weekly to make up for the lost wages.

I assume he has been training so he can probably land a team after a injury.

How did he get off (pun not intended) over the part about her being under 18?

So what consequences is this woman going to face?

Trick question. We all unfortunately know the answer. Nothing.

Actual rapists and sex offenders deserve everything they get in prison, but something needs to be done about these woman who willingly get gang banged by half the team and then scream rape once the entire school finds out imo.

A similar situation happened to former Tennessee linebacker AJ Johnson back in 2015 if anyone remembers him. He got suspended from UT, wasn’t allowed to participate in senior day or graduation. The alleged victim tossed her phone in a lake after deleting all text messages before investigators could get it and Johnson went from projected early round pick to being in limbo for 3 years until the charges were dropped in 2018 and the Broncos then signed him. Now he’s 32 and out of football after making a fraction of what he should’ve earned.

All because some sorostitute was embarrassed she got caught getting tag teamed by a couple of football players

Really hope this dude gets another chance but even though he’s innocent teams will be afraid of the backlash.

Nah fam. There were never criminal charges filed, only a civil suit. They bent the knee to the mob

What’s really sad is he told them the truth and likely had hard evidence / alibis at his disposal to prove it when they investigated, and they cut him anyway

frick the Bills, they deserve nothing but misery
