Probably dumb idea for a kneel situation

Why don't you put a small athletic guy at nose tackle and try to swipe at the ball at the snap? Is there some abscure rule that makes this illegal? Seems like it would be worth a shot but I could just be drunk

The better plan would be to have someone time a jump over the OLine perfectly and knock it out of the QB's hands. Worst case: you get an offsides and keep trying it.

Its ridiculously difficult to do- remember, the offensive lineman will be the one initiating the play, and you are expecting the reaction to be faster in slapping, than the center is in snapping, when they get a head start.
You'd essentially have to guess the timing, *and* have them be slow to snap, for it to work. More often than not, you'll commit a penalty even trying.

Well on a kneel, the QBs reaction to the snap seems slower because they aren't roaring back to drop back
So I'm thinking you might just be able to throw off the snap when it hits the QBs hands
Plus, who cares about getting a penalty? You're fricked anyway, I just don't get why you don't try all kinds of shite
