Preseason polls suck. Every year Notre Dame & USCw way overrated.

The only reason I disagree with this is so people know which games to "tune" into if they are not college football fanboys. Much more likely to get an audience if it's #12 Arizona State and #22 A&M as opposed to it just being Arizona State vs A&M. Anything that turns more tvs onto the greatest sport in the world is fine by me

As to the importance, if you win your games pre-season polls don't matter

Someone want to try an objective estimation of which sec teams will be ranked and more or less how high? I haven't been in the preseason loop too much.
