10 points for each of major 5 conferences
12 points for final 4
15 points for Heisman
tie breaker: 1st coach to be fired.

For those picking Stanford, I hope you realize they return 4 starters on defense. They return a lot on offense but they don't have a bell cow RB and I just don't see them running away from teams.
