But frick Goodell. Given everything he has to work with and the boneheaded nature of his frick ups, he is no doubt my least favorite

I only follow football and basketball, so I'd easily vote for Goodell as being the worst of the two.

I only follow pro football and the National Horse Hockey League

of those two, I'd say Goodell has shown the less effective leadership

That's right. Bettman must get his wife and daughters to blow NHL owners or maybe he does free yard work for them during the off season. Under his leadership, pro hockey has dropped from being one of the big four professional sports to nothing.
