Don't know, don't care. Her legal name is public record, so that's our business. I'll not cone face to face with this person's genitalia, so the nuts and bolts of what makes her whatever gender or sex she is is none of our business.

The polite thing is to refer to her the way she would like you to refer to her, hence all my "her"s in this post.

did she deserve a courage award? Meh...there are others we could find that did something brave in sport. Those who say she has been out of sports eye for years so she doesn't deserve it can't say some obscure player that plays Div 3. deserves it because they would never be known if not for being sick. So I find the "SHE HASN"T DONE ANYTHING IN SPORTS IN YEARS" a bad argument.

But just because she prob. didn't deserve this award over others doesnt mean it didn't take courage. Even if she LOVES the attention...the majority of people today are calling her a freak, calling her mentally ill, calling her names, etc. I'm sorry...but it does take courage to know you are going to get the hell beat out of you verbally and things said about you that aren't true and your motives that aren't more than wanting to be accepted for who you are(like last night people claiming the gay agenda is make it acceptable for 3 year olds to get surgery is outrageous)

If it becomes normal enough someone doesn't have to live a lie out of fear of just being shite on non stop because of how they want to live then last night was a step in right direction, and her being one of the first public figures to do so is taking all of america homophobic hate and directing it towards her today...shes taking a ton of shite so it will be easier for people down the road. Ya she had a room full of people last night clap for her..but read her threads...that's the majority of how people feel about her..and thats brave to take on no matter the motives
