I'm curious as to what would be different with Quebec this time around? On the surface, the same issues that caused the Nords to move to Colorado (namely being small market, Francophone locale with limited appeal to English speaking players/fans)seem to still exist. Has something changed? This is a legitimate question, I'm not sure. Seattle I'm almost certain will get a team eventually, but I always viewed Quebec's return the the NHL as a long shot
