quote:

"I watch LeBron James, for example. He might [travel] every other time he catches the basketball if he's off the ball. He catches the ball, moves both his feet. You see it happen all the time. There's no structure, there's no discipline, there's no 'How do we play this game' type of attitude. And it goes all the way through the game. To the point where now guys don't screen -- they push guys off with their hands."

Good thing MJ and Kobe never got any calls or he would sound like a hypocrite.

He's right... but isn't it up to those in his profession (coaching) to teach players these fundamentals?

He does it all the damn time off of inbounds. But so do a ton of other guys.

There was a gif of him taking like 5 steps off of a inbounds pass during game 2 or 3

It is not an NBA HC's job to teach professional basketball players fundamentals.

Shooting is a fundamental and of a coach wasn't teaching players to become better shooters, he's probably not going to be very successful.

I'm not talking about NBA head coaches specifically. I'm talking about all coaches.
