I've had six. Luck plays a part.

I know some very consistent golfers who have never had one and some pretty shitty ones who have multiple. Makes no sense.

I know. I've hit better shots that didn't go in. Hell, the one I had on a par 4 was over a hill and had no idea where the flag was. Couldn't see it. People on balcony erupted when they saw it go in.

6 aces and one on a par 4?

I don't believe you.

And one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Couldn't have happened to a better guy.

A friend of mine had his first one before I had my first. Blocked it badly. Bounced off the corner of a bunker, shot across the green and into the hole. Went ape shite. I thought it was a bit much. He said if you get one, you will do the same. I just laughed when my first went in. Three of mine I didn't know went in until I checked the hole because of a hill.

I'd believe you. I have buddy who's done the same thing at a par 4 and I think he has 3 or 4 so far at age 23. Luck definitely plays a huge part. I've hit the pin twice and lipped once on shots where I hit them right where I wanted. I also holed on at a par 3 course (i wouldn't count it anyways), but it was after I hit a crappy shot and dropped one just to hit it for fun. My only hole out from outside 150 I pulled and got a huge break because it hit a hill and somehow rolled in. Talent matters more IMO, but luck definitely plays a part.

I like my albatross on a par 5 the most. Two beautiful shots. Strange thing is despite the albatross, I haven't holed many shots from the fairway.

That's pretty dang impressive. I think my closest to an albatross is about 3 feet, but that's only happened once. You've had two of the hardest scores to make in golf.
