I'd like to see the Raiders make the playoffs again. When was the last time they did, in like 2002 when they lost the SB?

Jags and Raiders are both WELL under the cap floor and have to spend, Raiders are 41 million under the minimum and Jags are 28 million under. If they don't meet the cap floor they have to cut a check to all roster players at end of year with the extra cap money. Part of the CBA now.
Raiders will extend Mack and Carr in the coming months for a good chunk of theirs.

The Falcons playrd in 9 games that were either decided by 5 points or less, or went into overtime. They were 4-5. That could mean that if they improve some this offseason, they could definitely be contenders for the postseason, but it also could mean that they fall even further back, and finish last.
I have faith in Dan Quinn and his staff, so I could see a slight improvement in 2016, and that would mean 9 or 10 wins. Matt Ryan and Kyle Shanahan have to get on the same page though. That relationship did not work in 2015.

That's what I was thinking.
No way in hell Paxton Lynch or Carson Wentz are taking the Rams to the playoffs in their rookie year. Both of them need a lot of development first, whichever they choose to draft.
