Have you ever thrown a baseball? Do you not see how not being able to step into your throw or use your legs to push off will affect arm strength?

That would explain it.

You spelled Xbox baseball wrong.

Any average high school ball player will understand the relationship between leg strength and velocity.

How could that not be reported on the injury reports. If that was the Saints, Goodell would have taken away all kinds of draft picks

Brady has played with broken fingers and ribs before without it leaking to the press. Technically, they argue that the players didn't tell them and that they were listed on the injury report for other things.

Adam Schefter ?@AdamSchefter 18s19 seconds ago
Specifically: Peyton Manning has a torn rectus femoris, which runs down center of thigh. Bruising was so severe it spread to back of his leg

The same general principles apply to throwing a baseball.

Sheesh.

No one on the planet who has played "college baseball" would be unaware of much their lower body affects throwing velocity.

Good God. This fool should just disappear.

Hell, no one who played as 12 year old would be unaware.

LOL at believing he had a TORN quad and played a game of NFL football. If it was torn, he wouldn't be able to even walk. He may have had a slight tear but even then would have trouble walking without pain.

Grade 1 strain is likely what he had.
Grade 2 or 3 and he'd be on crutches.

I merely entered the thread to laugh at the guy who was unsure about why a lower body problem would affect throwing velocity but claimed to have played "college baseball" himself.

i had a bruised quad, and muthafricker hurt so much to go up and down stairs. I can only imagine how much a tear would hurt.

the Sorry arse Rams wrecked Manning, after that beating they gave to Manning and his WR, the team was never the same. They hit him on nearly every play.
