at their absolute peak, who is better, LeBron or Jordan?

mvp's, scoring titles, NBA titles need not apply to this discussion.

Lebron. Big, better, faster, stronger.

Honestly, looking at the advanced metrics, they are almost identical with some favoring MJ and others favoring Lebron, but all by minuscule differences.

I've watched basketball going back to the Showtime Lakers... No disrespect against Jordan, I'm taking Lebron.

So we are comparing the top 2 players ever but not for goat purposes?

Bigger and stronger. Not better. Not faster.

It honestly is very close. I think Jordan's best is slightly better. I trust Jordan more in a big game than LeBron, but it's very close.

It's probably the more reasonable argument.

GOAT discussion relies heavily on overall career resume, team accomplishments and trophies.

the intent of this discussion is to exclude those metrics and focus only on peak on court performance

Where is this faster argument coming from?

Bigger, Stronger-Yeah

Faster-WTF

ppl have such a short memory.

Jordan was an athletic freak especially early in his career. Later on, hos post up game was unstoppable for the most part.

LeBron can do more things at an elite level than anyone else who has ever played in the NBA

Most people shilling for LeBronze never saw MJ play live and think 1998 is ancient times.
