Selig is the only one who has managed not to have a work stoppage in the last 15 years.

Roger Goodell only does what the owners want him to do. It's the owners pushing new rules. They're scared of lawsuits.
Goodell didn't lock out anyone takes all the heat and makes the NFL cash.
The bounty gate thing was all on the Saints. They were warned and didn't stop it or try to stop it. The Williams tape was no big deal though.
That's why he's the best in pro sports. Stern is close second, but he is too involved with some serious wtf moments, IMO.

The NHL commissioner would do well to try to develop a more nation wide appeal - there are some teams in the south but most people just don't give a rip about hockey.
