There were so many great and thrilling conference championship games from the Big 12 over the years.

1996 Big 12 Championship Game- Texas converting a fourth down and one from their own 28 yard line to clinch a 37-27 victory over 2x defending national champion Nebraska.

1998 Big 12 Championship Game- Texas A&N rallying back from a 27-12 deficit to upset undefeated Kansas State 36-33 in double OT.

2001 Big 12 Championship Game- Major Applewhite almost leading Texas back from an enormous deficit against Colorado.

2003 Big 12 Championship Game- Darren Sproles going absolutely nuts to lead Kansas State to an overpowering 35-7 win against an Oklahoma team who many thought was unbeatable.

2009 Big 12 Championship Game- Texas winning on a dramatic last second FG to beat Nebraska and advance to the BCS National Championship Game.

2010 Big 12 Championship Game- Oklahoma coming back from a 17-0 deficit to beat Nebraska 23-20 in the last conference game played between two great historical rivals.
