Square plays hit more often in CFB than other sports. Just got to pick the right spot
This - games are not capped as tightly as say NFL or NBA.
I'll grab sides on Monday/Tuesday I know that are going to be chalk as the week goes on. When the public piles on throughout the week I have no problem riding the public wave with the best of the number.

But sharps were heavy on Texas Tech and Wash St last week. "Squares" loved TCU and Zona. Did you see how those games turned out?
How about Penn St-Ohio St? How about LSU-Miss? How about Alabama-Tennessee?
Yeah, every week you can point to examples of either. In high-profile, high-volume games, the sharps tend to win more than they lose. You can look at ChemE's record this season if you have any question about that.

Final card:
1.5* Saints +7/ Moo St pk/ Bengals pk
.75* Auburn +8/ South Carolina -1/ Cincy -.5
.5* Kentucky +8
.5* UNC +15
.5* Navy +14
So bored at work, please let this day end
I agree. But ChemE seems to pick his spots better than blindly betting every game with sharp cash on it.

Anybody here like Georgia Southern -25.5 at home vs. Troy? That's a lot of points but Troy is so bad. I have given up a lot of points to SMU all season and won every game I bet against them. I always hate doing it, and it always works out in the end. That's kind of what I feel like right now. If I don't pull the trigger I'll probably be kicking myself later tonight.

Georgia Southern has been a covering machine for me this year but their spreads continue to get higher and higher. I am not touching this game - not that I think they can't cover the 25, but these triple option teams always have a bad game in which the other team just plays the option well

Yeah I hear you. The fact that they don't really pass scares me giving up 25+ points. But Troy gives up somewhere around 250 yards a game rushing on defense so it seems to be a good matchup for Georgia Southern.
To me the real question is can Troy score more than 21. Because if they can't then I think Georgia Southern covers pretty easily. They've only scored more than 21 twice out of 8 tries this season. Think I talked myself into laying the points.

I was being sarcastic. I think the square/sharp distinction is a bit silly.

Fabricated monikers that people who like to bet dogs exclusively made up to feel good about themselves.

Basically, you're advocating blindly taking the points every time?
If not, then do clarify.
