I have 5 different prediction methods. All of them went 9-0-1 last night except the first one, "Computer" which went 7-2-1 missing the Ohio and Arizona games.

My sheets went 9-0-1 ATS last night and it shows a first half/game cover for SMU

I don't trust my sheets that much, but like oleyeller said after last night I wouldn't be willing to lay -21 on a road team breaking in a new QB. I don't care how bad SMU is

Will SMU be improved from last season? I'd expect so. But SMU was one of the greatest fades of all time last season.

This Ga State/Charlotte under 70 is looking good.

I think part of their problem last year was that they had zero confidence in June Jones which is why they were so bad the first two games, then when he quit they really didn't have much to play for.

Their new coach has probably got them fired up because he is investing in the team and season.

I think they were like 2012 Auburn last year in a lot of respects and quit on the coach/season. 2012 Auburn wasn't a team lacking talent, they just quit on the coach and gave up on the season.

A new coach should get them playing harder and not give up so easily. It won't be a 2013 Auburn turnaround, mainly because SMU doesn't have the talent Auburn had, but I expect them to fight harder even if the scoreboard doesn't show it tonight or at any point this season.
