The best stealth tank job of the last week of the season belonged to the Minnesota Timberwolves, who went from a half game out of finishing 11th with a 3% lottery chance/ <1% shot at the #1, to falling to 6th and an 18%/5% shot, by closing with a 6 game losing streak and winning a coin flip with the Knicks.
Its not like winning any one of those games was that important to the development of their core, and they significantly upgraded both the shot at a new core player, or failing that, the quality of complimentary player they'll have available at 6.

So if the Sixers get the first pick again I will laugh. Because they get the guard they need no matter what and still have a pick to get Fox or Monk with their second pick.
Colangelo will get the credit for everything but did nothing. That is why I think the NBA could rig it for Philly, the Colangelo's have something on the NBA.
