I really wish he would just shut the ever loving frick up sometimes. True to his ego, he believes everyone is waiting with bated breath for his "take" on any topic imaginable.

if so, who cares. I do shite all the time that I know is potentially harmful. Doesn't mean I cant call out my own behavior.

One of the most refreshing thing he has ever said, he said HIS son, not MY son. Personal decisions for personal choices. Not govt decisions for personal choices. The real Obama would call a panel to see if the NFL needed govt intervention.

no it's like the obama that was against gay marriage in 2008 and magically changed his views for the next election

or the obama that goes to church and acts christian when it's pretty clear that he doesn't believe in god

Does anyone know what exactly his feelings on smokers are?

Everyone here is aware that Obama is a smoker, right? He does not allow himself to be photographed smoking because it's bad publicity but the president's health records are fairly public and he is a smoker.

So why does he smoke but would not let his son play football? Pro football has the major benefit of a big paycheck and fame but yes, there is a risk of long-term injury.

On the other hand, what does smoking give you? None of those benefits and even greater health risks.

TL;DR: Obama is a smoker and smoking is worse than playing professional football in more ways than one.

That doesn't mean we know his feelings on it. He may hate himself for doing it, or shite he may hate people who don't do it. I'd just like to know his feeling on it rather than him saying "you know?" Because I really don't know.

I hate that narcissistic motherfricker with an unbridled passion. The concept that he could possibly hate himself about anything is easily the funniest thing I have read in a long time.

I'm not reading anything that indicates he thinks football is more dangerous or even equally dangerous as smoking. All he said was that at this point people who choose to smoke or play football know from the beginning that there are certain health risks involved with their decision. Not exactly an earth shattering statement. There's plenty to dislike about Obama but some of the posts in here are ridiculous.
