Forgive me if I'm a dick in here. I take great pride in ND looking bad THIS YEAR. I've been of this opinion all year and seem to get laughed at. My buddies shite on me for even entertaining the fact that ND vs FSU wasn't the greatest victory of all time.

I don't mean to be a jackass. Idk, it's like picking a diamond in the rough to start a season, and then they kick arse. It's fun when everyone tells you you're wrong and you end up right.

I respect ND as a school and have many friends and relatives that are ND grads.
I know some fine Officers that are ND grads.
But I hate their football program with every ounce of passion that I can muster.
Lsu 41-14 over ND in sugar bowl was a thing of beauty... Coupled with navy's 3 wins in 4 years.

Indeed!
I don't particularly root for ND, but I don't root against them either like lots of southern people irrationally do. I just find it weird to have that much hate for a team that my team doesn't typically play.
Obviously since you're a Navy fan, I understand your hatred. It makes sense.

Indeed, this game is like Navys super bowl so ND will get their best effort.
Comparing it to the WKU game or some shite is mind numbingly ignorant.
Navy and ND will be a tough game for the foreseeable future.

If Bama or LSU had struggled vs UT they would get a pass on this site.
ND or any non SEC struggles it's they're awful.

It's about media bias. Southerners have always seen it. 1966 is just the most obvious example.

Precisely.
Nobody on this site said UF was awful in 08 for losing to Ole Miss. Or how about LSU in '07 barely escaping like everyone? Or Bama struggling against UT in 09?
