He is pretty small, but he'll get offers. He actually might have some offers already.

And I don't know where you get that he'll play baseball.
He's a decent HS baseball player, but he plays in a terrible district and didnt really do anything spectacular.

What's so funny about a team getting 1 game away from the Dome two years running in the biggest class in the state?

That's a dumb concept. Just give a list- at least 10 at a time. It's high school. It would probably sell a ton of papers or get a ton of hits in Texas. But there is not as much of a vested interest in LA high school except in Northern Louisiana. South is LSU and the Saints.

I think you're just ignorant to the situation.

Ben Franklin should be coming up sometime towards the end of this week/beginning of the next.

You prove my point. If this was Texas this thread would be 10 pages long already. Regardless of the NBA.

McMain won't beat them this year.

It'll be a fun game to watch. Might be a more balanced attack from McMain given that they had no running game at all the last time they played Newman. Also, Inari Jones lost his top two targets so it'll be a struggle at first. Look out for sophomore RB Malik Arnold to give Newman fits.

we're not worried about what happened the last two years. they might have lost a ton off of those teams...

that being said, third in that district might still have them as top 50 in the state

I will be at the game too - checkout RB Kendall Bussey. I believe he was injured last season and didn't play against McMain.

They had a write-up about him Tyler a week or so ago on nola.com
