Tulane goes to Lafayette next Fall for football.
It is just absolute stupidity that the two teams don’t play annually in men’s basketball. Last matchup was in 2018.
So many terrible non-conf matchups for Tulane. At least reward the fans with some good local competition in one out of those six duds.

Next year Tulane s OOC is pretty good. I don't think we need 2 P4/5 games. Honestly look at Liberty. No reason to play P5 games if you just win everything.

Same for the Cajuns in basketball. Tulane's bball coach was a jackass when he was at Georgia State and those games were always super competitive... it would he a fun rivalry

I would like to see more regional match-ups. Especially for the mid majors. Seems it would help attendance somewhat. And not traveling across the country to play a team the fans don't have much interest in.
