I really hope Dana can make this fight happen. That being said, if (when) GSP beats Diaz, what's next for him? It's not like he'd fight Marquatdt.

GSP really should move to MW. Maybe not fight Anderson Silva right away but there's nothing left for him at WW in the UFC that would be a challenge to him.

More importantly, I can't think of anyone (after Diaz) that deserves a title shot @ WW

Despite being a let down in his most recent fights (with the exception of jabbing Koscheck's eye off), GSP is still one of my favorite fighters. I would NOT want to see him fight Spider in his first MW fight. I think Silva could embarrass him. I wouldn't mind seeing him kick the shite out of Bisping though.

GSP has talked about wanting time to put on mass the right way to go to MW. I'd agree it's not really fair to GSP to make his first fight against Silva if he's serious about a move up.

i purposley picked big grapplers, brent.
they'd probably start him off with Akiyama or Stann or something if they are going to ease him into it.
