Eagles, Panthers, and Bengals
the Cowboys are gonna take a step back and Eli Manning is going to regress further
the Panthers won the South in what should have been their down year. they look set for a lengthy run at the top now
i'll pencil the Bengals in for another 10+ wins and the playoffs again

nah, me neither. everyone picks them as a sleeper every single year
care to provide some links? Sleepers in what regard? I don't recall anyone in the past 5 yeras saying the dolphins would contend for anythign higher than 2nd in their division, or MAYBE a wildcard slot.
They have been a fairly solid, middle of the road team recently but I don't think anyone has called them a "sleeper" for anything. This will be the best overall roster they've had in a while. Their great DL got even more formidable and they finally have a full compliment of pass catchers for Tanny to throw to (his rookie season his top 3 targets were brian hartline, davone bess, and anthony fasano...how far would you expect to get with that?) He's also never had a seriously credible run threat. Last year was the first time since Tanny has been in the league that he's had a 1,000 yard rusher, and it was Lamar Miller who many casual fans have probably never even heard of.
I'm not saying the dolphins will be serious contenders this year. I DO think that yes they can potentially challenge to make the playoffs from a wildcard spot. But to say that everyone always jumps on their bandwagon and picks them as a sleeper every year is simply incorrect.

I didn't think about the Chargers until I saw your post.
The 2 I really like are:
Bills +500. With Brady missing the first 4, I think they start 1-3; and w/ their Def, if they can get any balance on Offense they win at least 9 games.
Cards +650: A healthy Palmer gets them the division this year. Seattle looks to be moving more towards a passing offense and I think their D takes a step back (still top 1-3, but not AS dominant).
I would avoid the NFC East, NFC South (I'm too biased), & AFC North.

They play the Titans Bears and Jags
All 4 teams play the Titans & Jags. The only differences in schedule are:
NOLA: @Az, Det
Atl: @SF, Minn
Bucs: @StL, Chi
Car: @Sea, GB

Vikings, Cardinals and Dolphins will surely win you some money.

I think I recall you're a dolphins fan right? And I think there's another on here (party at lsu?). Is is just by yall? Maybe it's one of those things that goes in one ear (or eye in this case) and out the other...but I rarely see anyone seriously hyping up the dolphins aside from "eh yeah they could be better htis year and might make the playoffs".

Checking in.
Wild tiger is anything but a Dolphins fan, but he sure does post about them a lot. Maybe that's why you are confused. But rest assured he's posting in his Tom Brady snuggy as we speak.
I'm not making any predictions for this coming season, but I will say this: there is absolutely no excuse to miss the playoffs this year. The roster has the pieces. And as far as those saying they don't buy into the team because Tannehill is just "above average," I say he's steadily improved each and every year so far. If that trajectory stays on the same path, he's on pace to throw for about 4,200 yards and around 30-35 or so TDs. Is that still just above average?

Gotcha.
Yeah I undersatnd the optimism from people that actually follow the dolphins. But the claims that they get built up "every year" on this board seems ridiculous.

Party at LSU is anything but a WTC93 fan, but he sure does post about him a lot
People were talking about the dolphins, so I talked about them. Get over yourself
