I would think playing on a field with 2 different surfaces would be a safety issue. Isn't that what the NFL was stressing before the kneeling began.

It is a lot better, especially for the Twins. Baseball indoors just sucks.

That said, the Vikings stadium can still be used for baseball. Not for the Twins obviously but a lot of college and high school teams will use it in the winter and spring.
