NFL Extra Point rule has been changed-- 15 yard line, 2 pt now returnable

The owners on Tuesday approved the competition committee's proposal to snap the ball from the 15-yard line on PATs to make them more challenging. In recent seasons, kickers made more than 99 percent of the kicks with the ball snapped from the 2.
That proposal places the 2-point conversion at the 2, and allows the defense to return a turnover to the other end zone for the two points, similar to the college rule.
New England and Philadelphia also made suggestions on changing the extra point, but the owners went with the powerful committee's recommendation.

This pretty much rules out fakes on the PAT which sucks.

I assumed that it would be. If you can only return a two-point attempt, that's silly. Why shouldn't a team be able to score off of a blocked PAT?

I approve of this rule change.
Gonna see a big jump in 2 pt conversion attempts for northern teams/winter games.
I think there was research that said you should go for it on fourth down every time, and now moving back the extra point should make it even more so.

There should be no commercial timeouts AFTER a kickoff. That's the worst.

I don't mind so much the commercial after the the pat. I realize that they need a good spot to run commercials and that's the optimum break. It's the immediate commercial after the kickoff (usually a touchback) that frustrates me. They literally come back from commercial for 15 seconds of no game action just to cut to 3 min of more commercials.

There was a fake I think last season, it was the Rams against I think it was maybe Washington or Philly...I know it was an NFC east team.
