The rule is too subjective and the game is too fast at the collegiate level for them to properly enforce it, and yet they think it'll work just fine at the NFL level.

I mean the players already get fined. The reason the NCAA ejects players is because they can't fine them. If the NFL doubles down that would be ridiculous
