I remember USC doing this a few years ago when their kicker died. Took the field with 10 guys and no kicker on the XP.

Nebraska is an easy team to root for. I still recall how happy I was when they knocked off Miami in 1994. Would be nice if Nebraska and Colorado would both get good again.

I remember something like this. I want to say the other team declined the penalty but maybe I'm wrong since I don't know if that kind of penalty can be declined.
