Boston in 6
Washington in 6
Cleveland in 5
Toronto in 5

I'm not a big fan of Boston's team but they got coach Stevens. Being uber talented with an awesome coach will likely get them to the ECF. Washington is playing great I almost want to say it goes 5. The Hawks are just too hot and cold. They'll win a game or two where they look like a team that should've had a better season. The Cavs will try to put Indy behind them as fast as possible. They do not want to face a stout Toronto squad with tired legs.

GS in 4
Utah! In 7
SA in 6
HOU in 6

GS is the best team in the playoffs. Dame AND CJ would have to combine for 80+ on 50% to win one. Nurkic is the wildcard on whether or not we win one game. The Clippers go as far as the whistles take them. This series will be good, the NBA will try to make it better by keeping it tight. SA could win in five but MEM doesn't like to go easy into the night. They're going to ugly this series and pull out a 85-79 type of win down 3-1 to go to 6. The big OKC HOU series is the biggest draw of the first round. MVP vs MVP runner up. It'll be a tight series however HOU has a two 20 point wins. They win in 6 in OKC. They have too many scoring options to lose this one. Russ will need to put the clamps on Harden not just contesting shots but force him into bad passes and loose crossovers if they want to win. Oh, and Russ will have to actually trust his teammates and shoot better than 25%.

There have been rumblings that spurs would make a run at CP3. But not sure if they could make it work with their cap.

You guys should win. I'm just hoping to force a game 6. Absolutely love going to playoff games and I've been spoiled with 6-10 most years since getting tickets.

I'd love to see the Celtics win a title, just for nostalgia's sake.

The 2 potential second round series in the West are very interesting to me. If the Clippers can get past Utah they actually have a group that could potentially give GS some trouble. I think GS wins that series in 5 or 6 but the Clips would get hot.

Hou/SAS will be extremely fun. Pop has a history of destroying D'Antoni's PnR based offense but Harden is a different animal than Nash. The Rockets have no answer for Kawhi and it looks like LA will have some advantages in the post. I think the series goes 6 games with Pop continuing his dominance of D'Antoni.

How do you know the Cavs will be struggling at this point? Obviously the Cavs win that series. Wizards could give Celtics some major trouble. Wall is a big PG and IT3 isn't a very good defender. I think that series will go 7 games.

Just for this round, I got Boston, Washington, Toronto, and Cleveland in the East. Golden State, San Antonio, Houston, and the Clippers in the West. Not many upsets I know, but that's what I got. Never really too many big upsets in the NBA playoffs anyway.
