Mavs have gotten most of their hard games out of the way already while the Lakers have the toughest remaining schedule in the league.

Odds favor Mavs getting the 2 seed, IMo

I agree.

Lakers can't beat anyone with a pulse anyway.

Dallas is very very good.

And Dirk was just so efficient tonight.

14 shots, 10 free throws. 29 points.

That's why he's so fricking good.

If the Mavs add a wing, or Butler is able to play in the playoffs, they are a championship-level team.

GHAZI may have been joking or off in his logic in past years, but this team is really different this year. And it is mostly due to Chandler.

Playing out of his mind, and with a serious physicality this team has lacked for years.

Dampier always brought defense, but Chandler adds an offensive threat and athleticism.

You know this is the NBA. I had to watch the replay again after you posted this and it did look like his pivot foot shuffled a little. Not enough to get it called in the NBA.

I agree with the posters on here who think the Mavs are a legit playoff contender. But listening to the ESPN commentators you would have thought that the Mavs were lucky to hang with the mighty Celtics.

Footnote to the game: KG is a dirty MFer. Early in the game while running across the court he bull rushed Chandler. No call was made. And what about that shite with Barea on a legitimate foul. He caused a big scene then slapped the refs hand away. Seems like the Cs are always in a fight every time I watch them.

KG is just literally insane. Truly. That doesn't really excuse all of the childish, bullshite things he does, but I do think it explains them.

Not true...the Lakers are playing the Hornets tonight, not the Celtics.

Maybe you meant Western Conference Finals?
