NBA Draft Lottery Conspiracy Theory for every team, 2017 edition

Every year, no matter who wins, the conspiracy theorists come out the woodwork. One can come up with a conspiracy theory for almost every team in the lottery.
So, come up with a conspiracy theory for every team.
Here are the lottery teams:
Boston Celtics -- Premiere franchise on the verge of being a great team
LA Lakers -- Premiere Franchise, stuck in the suck, lose pick if they don't get top 3
Phoenix Suns
Philly 76ers -- League wants the Colangelos to succeed after ousting The Process
Orlando Magic
Minny Timberwolves
New York Knicks -- huge market, premiere franchise, Phil
Sacramento Kings
Dallas Mavs
New Orleans Pelicans -- struggling franchise, young stars in place
Charlotte Bobcats -- need Michael Jordan to succeed
Detroit Pistons
Denver Nuggets
Miami Heat
Some are very easy, as shown above. Some are harder and people come up with some wild stuff.

NBA has been rigged since David Stern took over. Patrick Ewing lottery was rigged for the Knicks. The Kings vs Lakers in 2002 vs rigged. NBA rigs games to get big markets and biggest stars in the Finals.

Yes, between that and the rigged lottery that gave #1 to the Pelicans a few years back, I am a bit tired of the NBA right now. Funny that no one on this thread wants to bring that Draft Lottery year up,

The Draymond suspension last year was pretty interesting. He's going Karate Kid on everyone's jewels but they don't so anything until the finals looked like it was going to end in 5 games. What he did in the finals was far less than his typical jump kicks to the groin. Obviously they don't make that suspension for a game 7. Makes you feel pretty jaded about their motives.
