I actually don't mind the idea as long as they limited it to weekends.
Might actually be kind of cool to watch a live game while eating breakfast, so for TV it seems okay. It would be tough to actually go to a game that early though.
And I think it is pretty smart to court the Chinese market as long as they can do it in a way that does not materially adversely affect the product for their main market here in the US.

Yeah, it'd really suck if it made 29 American franchises wildly more popular and profitable as overseas revenues flowed to American coffers.
Making the NBA a better business is good for America.

I feel the same way. Why can't they just DVR the games like the rest of us?
