Florida State is the best college job

1. Weak conference

2. Only one big time state school competing for recruits

3. Fertile recruiting ground

I disagree with ND. Don't think getting a good education and attending a catholic university matters to any of the top players now. And those are ND's biggest draws. I would replace them with Texas and reorder the whole thing

Notre Dame is one of the very few schools, maybe the only, that can recruit in any town/county and any state. It doesn't matter if it's Miami, New Orleans, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Dallas, Cincinnati, Philadelphia, etc...they are the only that can get in on name recognition alone. On top of that, they've got history, tradition, deep pockets, national fan base, strong NFL ties and the benefit of having all home games broadcasted on NBC.

I don't believe that's true anymore. Yes, 30-40 years ago when ND was the only school on national television they were able to recruit nationwide. But now with a dozen games on TV every weekend they do not have that lure. I also believe not being in a P5 conference will begin hurting them very soon.

USC
Texas
Ohio state
Florida
Florida state/Bama

I feel like Saban has Bama at an unsustainable level long term and while it's the best program right now the job itself is closer to mid top 10 than the very top.

not really, most schools recruit in-state or at least regional.

id argue since ND is forced to recruit nationwide that it makes it a worse job than those who get the majority of their talent in-state (ohio state, lsu, texas, etc)

4 - Palm Beach, FLORIDA
5 - Crete, ILLINOIS
6 - Everette, WASHINGTON
7 - Philadelphia, PENNSYLVANIA
8 - Kettering, OHIO
8 - McDonough, GEORGIA
9 - Fort Wayne, INDIANA
9 - Granada, CALIFORNIA
10 - Mission Viejo - CALIFORNIA
10 - Las Vegas, NEVADA
