The answer for post-2000 is 2001 Parkview but I don't know about PBS in the last 10 years. They mostly win with a bunch of guys playing good team football. But that 2001 team was loaded.

They sure were.. Brad Booth led that team and they were phenomenal

They beat the piss out of us (Belle Chasse) in the dome that year after we jumped up on them 19-7.. That was Chris Henry's senior year, we were pretty stacked too

chalmetteowl Most talented BR-area High School football team in the last ten years Who else did U-High have last year? Brossette, Dylan Moses, and i know they had some other.guys... Ealy?

That's why I was wondering had people forgotten that last years Uhigh team: Garrett Brumfield(LSU), Nick Brossette(LSU), Tre Jackson(Florida), Dylan Moses(LSU), Drew Moore(ULL), and that's not counting Malik Antoine(Cal and Oklahoma St offer), Adrian Ealy(. LSU, Florida St., Florida, and Texas offer. Nor does that include Devante Dotson who was all state or Manny Miles. Now that's talent!

I know he wasn't but was still on the team. I also didn't include Jalon or EJ Olglesby who will sign a D1 scholarship or Sam Whorton who will as well.

when I was a kid, Plaquemine had a defense that had anyone score 7 on them all year - from what I recall. I think it was 1979 or 1980. But, I don't think they won state - AAA.
