28-3 is definitely worse. Being down 3-1 in a series at least gives you the chance of being square the next game. 28-3 commands perfection.

NFL feels bigget because of the enormity of the Super Bowl, and the fact that Atlanta had a 25 point lead.
Realistically though I would say NBA, or MLB. Having three opportunities to close out a team and not getting it done is pretty rough
