It is amazing how bad their backup QB situation is when you kno Ben is going to miss 3-5 games every season. You'd think they would plan it out a little better than Landry jones, mike Vick, and Bruce gradkowski

Might not matter so much. Dan stuck with Cowher in the late 1990s when they were a lot worse than this.
But Art II isn't Dan. Dan wouldn't let the team be the Pittsburgh Bengals. Dan also stayed out of the football operations more than Art II. So Art II might be quicker on the trigger when it comes to firing a coach.

The backups are just as brittle. Leftwich, Gradkowski, etc.
