If Wisconsin beats Penn State, then how do you justify a team that lost head to head vs OSU with an additional loss ahead of OSU just because they play in a much weaker division?

Wisconsin will be favored. Ohio State is easily in if Wisconsin wins.

maybe, but it isn't certain...Are you suggesting that Washington or Clemson would be left out if they won out...or are you suggesting that the Big Ten champion (if it is Wisconsin) would be left out

No. I'm stating very clearly that if Wisconsin wins next weekend, Ohio State is the easiest choice of anyone who isn't Alabama.
