The reason why this is being amplified is because it's in New York. Simple as that. Football is over, Jets aren't doing anything dumb and so the Knicks are the feature sports story. Boomer and Carton spent a week talking about this shite.

I honestly don't see why this dispute required a mediation, or how it makes the NBA look bad. One ex-NBA player acting a fool and getting escorted from an arena makes the NBA look bad?

Oh I agree with you. It doesn't. There was no fight. No beer being thrown, etc.

Did Jordan go there to help plead Oakley's case or did he just see another opportunity to shittalk a fellow owner and tagged along?
